Noemi Martinez is a freelance GIS Analyst, and project manager for 4Rs Construction. She is the GIS Analyst for the Urban Landscape Committee. She has a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Analysis and Design and Art History from UC-Irvine. A certificate in Architecture Technology from El Camino Community College and a certificate in GIS from Cal State Fullerton. In her spare time she enjoys knitting, and volunteering for social causes, and is a firm believer of open spaces and safer streets.
