Casey has worked with Practice for nearly a decade focusing on multi-family residential work with deep experience in project delivery, including design implementation and detailing, funding requirements, permitting, and construction administration. Fueled by both knowledge and enthusiasm, he has successfully guided several affordable housing projects to completion. While working full time at Practice, his life’s passion for sustainability led him to pursue a Masters in Building Science + Sustainable design. Since completing his degree, he continues to research best practices and has become the Director of Sustainability over the last 3 years to achieve full integration of sustainable design practice into every phase of project development. Casey also has been researching and developing a wind-energy wall system through Mack Research which has achieved multiple grants through DOE and LACI programs.
