Mary is a project manager and designer with over a decade of experience working on affordable housing projects. Mary’s focus has been on integration of contemporary design, social equity and building performance. As project lead for an R+D grant on Electrification & ZNE Ready Multifamily Housing, Mary worked with a team to analyzes energy efficiency strategies, and barriers and successes of all-electric ZNE-ready projects. This research investigated holistic design strategies and systems approaches for zero net energy design in multifamily affordable housing to create energy stability and resilience for building owners and residents.
