Lissa Metoyer is a senior level professional with over two decades of experience in the construction management industry. Her expertise spans multiple sectors which includes education (K-12 and higher education), emergency response, real estate, healthcare, and innovative technology in automation and robotics. Lissa demonstrates a unique combination of technical acumen and successful leadership.

She currently serves as the Program Manager at Jacobs Project Management Co. in Los Angeles, where she is leading the implementation of the innovative Digital Twin Meta-Tech Initiative for the Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD) Facilities. Lissa is driving change in the construction management industry, leveraging technology and innovation, and pushing the industry into Construction 4.0.

Prior to her current role, Lissa delivered pivotal results as Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield, North America, where she successfully led technologically advanced cross-functional teams and managed multi-million dollar programs for tech-centric clients. For more than a decade and a half at AECOM, she consistently drove and delivered exemplary results in various leadership capacities across public clients such as Community College of San Francisco (CCSF), US Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority (VIHFA), San Bernardino City Unified School District (SBCUSD), LACCD, UCLA Capital Programs, and LAUSD.

Lissa is currently serving on the advisory committee for Reality Capture Network (RCN) and is a doctoral candidate at Louisiana State University (LSU) in Construction Management, with an emphasis in Digital Twin technology in higher education facilities (completion December 2025). She holds a Master's degree in Construction Management from LSU and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach.
