The Campus at Horton is a story of transformation and community revitalization. The Campus at Horton is nearly 1 Million SF of office, life science, mixed retail and public space. Currently nearing the completion of construction, the Campus is targeting LEED Platinum, WELL Platinum and WiredScore Platinum certification, along with a commitment to operational carbon neutrality, embodied carbon accountability, onsite water re-use, and active programming for community engagement.
